After last year’s sold out event, the 2024 Summit on May 23 and 24 aims to convene the world’s most progressive decision-makers committed to building the regenerative economy. This is a special moment where our community gathers for a massive collective impact. This is the place to engage in power dialogues with peers allowing you to collect and share the intelligence you need the most.
Last year over 1.200 CEOs brought to life one of the most energetic and action-driving events of the year.
This year we expect +1.500 leaders and have designed for you a full two day hybrid experiential event to meet the diverse interests and preferences of every leader present in Amsterdam.
During the first summit in Rome, we co-created with over 500 CEOs from around the world, the For Good Leaders Declaration which outlined a common North Star, the specific public benefit purposes our network intends to pursue and the CEOs who are leading this new economic system.
In 2023 we continued to build on that. The Amsterdam summit was acclaimed as ushering a new genre of events that is engaging, inspiring, empowering, selective but inclusive, reflective, fun, with no empty words but action and crafting a wholistic agenda for real change.
The main theme of the Summit 2024 is ‘Business for Good in Action’. The program is being carefully crafted by a team of curators who will challenge, inspire and bring us to action around 7 themes and other emerging key topics.
These themes are the avenues that were selected by the CEOs attending previous summits. It is what CEOs highlighted to be the most direct paths to accelerate and influence, helping us build a new regenerative economy.
The main aim at the For Good Leaders Summit is to meet & connect with the leaders, share ideas and business opportunities that will allow you to accelerate innovation towards a new regenerative way of doing business together.
We have numerous enthusiastic speakers, moderators and curators in the plenary presentations and panel discussions, as well as in the theme sessions. We would like to introduce some of them to you here.
Amsterdam is a city known for its forward thinking people, entrepreneurial spirit and sustainable lifestyle. That is why the place was chosen to host our Next Summit.
The first evening on May 23 we will have a number of “Theme-Dinners”, taking place at locations of Partners, like for example a Sustainable Finance Dinner, or a Regenerative Food Dinner and more. A Second evening we will have you enjoy a walking dinner on a spectacular location in Amsterdam.

Our present economic system is flawed. It is guided by a short-term vision that only takes the interests of a limited number of stakeholders into account and is deaf to the call of future generations.
The annual For Good Leaders Summit exists to accelerate the transition towards a regenerative economy creating the conditions for a shared, durable prosperity. This will create social, environmental, and economic net positive value through a new model of regenerative leadership.
As inhabitants of planet Earth, we take up this intergenerational call which demands to reframe the very meaning of leadership.
To enable this evolution, as For Good Leaders, we commit to:
1. embrace radical interdependence, the fundamental principle governing life on Earth, as the golden rule for decision-making, leading to a regenerative impact;
2. consider at least the next generation of humans in every business decision;
3. measure what matters to integrate systemic value creation into our definition of profit;
4. challenge extractive economic models and take a stand for the common good;
5. mobilize finance as a catalyst to transform the business perspective from short-termism to long-term shared value creation.
We commit to guiding our companies and organizations to embrace a purpose-driven model that creates value for all.
Through this joint leadership statement, we lay the foundation for collective actions and alliances, clearing the path for a new regenerative economy.
